Natasha and Simon met and fell in love on the ski slopes of Mount Buller and here we are four and a half years later – they’ve never looked back. After a busy work week, Simon suggested that he and Natasha take a walk in their chestnut orchard and enjoy a glass of wine. Unbeknownst to Natasha, Simon had placed signs up and as they approached, got down on one knee and proposed. She of course said “yes!”
The couple chose their venue because the gardens had taken their breath away. They planned a wedding that reflected the beauty of their incredible love with a relaxed, elegant and rustic aesthetic. The Groom awaited his bride with tears in his eyes in front of a beautiful mountain view as the bride walked down the aisle in her dress with a handmade veil and her Dad by her side. The couple exchanged rings that they made themselves in a jewelry forging and forming ring-making course before the wedding. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house for this truly personal moment between friends and family.
The color palette of this gorgeous wedding included lush and gentle green tones with deep red. The deep red tones can be seen in roses throughout the wedding, as well as in the breathtaking florals.
