First Coast Weddings and Events offers wedding planning and management services in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and all of Northeast Florida. Since 2002, our team has been a part of over 400 weddings and we’d love for yours to be our next!
Wedding Planning: From selecting the venue to choosing the smallest details, we will guide you through the planning process to make your wedding one of a kind. We will oversee all aspects of the wedding, including selection of wedding professionals, creating a cohesive design, and orchestrating the wedding day. Each of our wedding planning proposals is custom designed to meet your exact needs!
Wedding Management: Sometimes called “Day Of Coordination,” we’ll take over the logistics one month before the wedding, starting with a walk through of the ceremony and/or reception sites with you. We will confirm all contracted services with your team of wedding professionals, and created a detailed wedding day schedule to keep everything on track. In addition to attending the rehearsal, we will be available on the wedding day to oversee all the activities.
