Riverside Tours and Travel did an excellent job of planning our 20th Wedding Anniversary vacation on short notice. They were professional and explained everything in detail. Mary did a great job of communicating what to expect when we were traveling to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The Sandals Ochi Beach Resort she recommended was all that and more. It exceeded our expectations. The Butler package that was included with our stay was outstanding. They made sure every little detail was taken care of and made our stay at the resort extraordinary. We highly recommend Riverside Tours and Travel and definitely will be utilizing their services for our future travel plans.

My husband and I used Mary to book our 10 year anniversary trip to a Sandals resort after my sister used her to book her honeymoon. Mary was AWESOME. She was very quick with communication, and was so sweet about working with us and our differing ideas of a relaxing vacation and the million times we changed our minds (sorry, Mary!).

We live in Tennessee, but Mary was great about email/phone communication. We ended up having a more perfect trip than we imagined thanks to Mary’s insight. This is the second “real” vacation we have taken together, so our hopes were set pretty high. The resort was beautiful and spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, the food was incredible, the beaches were beautiful and there were lots of adventures for us to go on. Our trip to St Lucia was so much more than we hoped for. Mary was really able to figure out what we were looking for, and we will absolutely be using her again to book future trips - hopefully in less than ten years! Thanks, Mary!!

Mary Fowler did a great job making all the arrangements for our nieces wedding we attended in Cancun, Mexico. Mary kept us all well informed about the resort and all the documents we were going to need getting there and what we needed to do. There was 30 of us that went and resort Marina El Cid took very good care of us and made sure the wedding was amazing. I would recommend Riverside Tours and Mary Fowler to anyone that wants a worry free vacation. She is going to be the first person we call for our next trip. Mary was incredibly helpful the minute my husband and I e-mailed her inquiring about travel destinations for a quick getaway. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different resorts we may be interested in based on our preferences, and helped us dial in on the perfect resort for our quick vaca. We can't thank Mary enough for helping us pick our honeymoon spot! We LOVED Antigua and Sandals and could not have picked a better place. We knew we wanted to honeymoon in the Caribbean and spend our days laying on a beach but that was it! I am very indecisive and Mary was so patient, friendly and helpful. She even offered for me to come to her office to discuss options in greater detail. She listened to what kind of vacation we were looking for and gave her suggestions while staying within our budget. I'm so glad she gave us her honest opinion and recommended the Mediterranean side of the resort, I thought I wanted to be on the Caribbean side but we loved staying in a Mediterranean club walk-out room.

We were both blown away by the resort. The service was excellent, the room was great, everything was so clean and the food was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations and the beach was never crowded. We snorkeled, kayaked and sailed but other than that it was laying on the beach sipping frozen drinks! Mary did a great job picking out the best resort for us! Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her.

Mary took care of my family and friends as if we were Kings and Queens. Great experience from booking, to Flying to transportation to and from Airport. We will be using her services in the future and so will our friends. We love Mary!!!!!
