Friday Musicale is proud to be a non-profit organization.  We were established here in Jacksonville in 1890 and have been at our current location since 1929.  When you rent our venue you help to fund various programs that we offer such as our College Scholarship Program Music Education for Children Community Outreach for Local Schools and our Free Annual Concert Series which is open to the general public.

The Auditorium

This elegant 1930‘s Colonial Revival style auditorium accommodates a maximum of 150 guests seated at tables with a dance floor and 250 guests in theater-style seating. The Auditorium comes furnished with a multitude of tables and chairs for all of your set-up needs. The grand foyer leads to the auditorium appointed with a full service kitchen backstage sitting areas and performance stage with retractable 24 foot projection screen sound system and two concert grand pianos. Friday Musicale Auditorium is an exquisite setting for your next wedding or event.

L’Engle Hall

Adjacent to the main auditorium on Oak Street is L’Engle Hall named after the founder of Friday Musicale Claudia L’Engle Adams and her sister Mary L’Engle. The hall accommodates a maximum of 90 guests seated at tables with a dance floor and 150 guests in theater-style seating. Amenities in L’Engle Hall include tables and chairs a lectern with microphone and sound full kitchen and a baby grand piano. L’Engle Hall is the perfect venue for small recitals meetings luncheons parties and events.
