Intimate Wedding Aboard the Spirit of Philadelphia’s Freedom Elite Yacht

Heather and Jeffrey met nine years ago when they both worked at a grocery store. First, Heather noticed that Jeffrey would only bag groceries for her and not the other cashiers. Then, at an office Christmas party, he tried to impress her with a magic trick. That was it. She couldn’t say “no”. Heather says “His quirkiness was just the right match for mine, and years later, I still can’t resist his charms.” It was a perfect match.

Looking for a wedding venue that was a little off the beaten path, Heather and Jeffrey found the Spirit of Philadelphia’s Freedom Elite Yacht. It was perfect for their small wedding and also had an incredible wedding planner who helped them along the way. “Robyn could not have been more of a lifesaver. She took care of every detail, answered every question we could possibly have, and allayed all our fears. She made it all simple, and ended up giving us the best gift: a completely stress free night that we could sit back and enjoy” says Heather.

The day of the wedding, Heather and her bridesmaids enjoyed mimosas in the gorgeous rooms of the Hilton Penn’s Landing while they prepared for the wedding with the help of their makeup artist and stylist from Bella Angel. Tagging along with them was their photographer, Cole of CNK Photography. “He followed us throughout the entire day, narrating our memories in pictures. He made sure to snap our beautiful fresh flowers which brought life and color to the setting and also made sure to grab some pictures of our cake. It was everything I could hope and dream!” says Heather.

From the personalized details to the extravagant views aboard the Freedom Elite Yacht, Heather and Jeffrey’s wedding was a complete success.
