Why do you love what you do?
We get to make dreams come true! Weddings are joyous and a major part of life. We feel so blessed to be a part of the beautiful memories that are made. We get to make people happy and spend time with our horses. It’s a win-win!
What makes you different from others in your industry?
We really enjoy what we do and our horses are rescued. We are very open to trying new things but safety is our highest concern for both our passengers and horses. We want an enjoyable experience for both our animals and our clients.
Tell us about your favorite wedding memory.
We were bringing the bride in for an entrance to her ceremony. All of her guests could see her and there were whispers and gasps but the groom could not see her coming. All he could do was wonder what his guests were pointing and whispering about. Then we came around the corner and he saw his bride. His smile was huge as he waited for her to walk down the aisle to his side.
Tell the brides-to-be your best wedding advice.
This is your day! Have fun! The most important thing is that you and your husband are getting married. The rest of the wedding is just icing on the cake. So enjoy it! This is the start of the rest of your lives together!
What is the worst wedding moment you have experienced?
The wedding bands were locked in a car on accident. On the carriage ride to the ceremony, we gave our own wedding bands to be used in substitute for the ceremony.
What are your price points or price ranges?
Our prices start at $400 for our horse carriage.
What is your favorite product or service that you offer brides?
Our Cinderella carriage! Please describe it? Imagine a beautiful pumpkin carriage gliding up to pick up the blushing bride and drawn by an elegant white horse. It’s decorated with beautiful flowers that coordinate with the colors of the wedding and has a pair of interlocking hearts in the rear that frame the faces of the happy couple if they look back.

As soon as you know that you want a carriage, let me know. Our days book up fast.
What are some ways to incorporate a carriage into your wedding?
Entrances are popular as are the ride from the ceremony to the reception, where the new Mr. & Mrs. have their first romantic moments alone. Carriage rides at the reception are a hit for all ages. Of course, some like a combination of these.
How far can the carriage travel?
We like to keep travel under 4 miles before giving the horse a rest.
How fast does the carriage travel?
The carriage goes about 4-5 miles per hour. It’s a nice, relaxing pace.
What else should we know about Pinto Carriage Works?
We offer two other services at this time: Baraat horse services for Indian weddings and pony ride services for parties.
